Opgaver og ansvarsområder
Som team lead bliver du ansvarlig for ledelsen af et team på ca. 7 content specialister (copy writers og designers), hvis formål er at skabe værdiskabende og konverterende indhold til B2B kampagner og øvrige marketingaktiviteter. Du får også et medansvar i at lykkes med vores strategiske fokusområder, og vil indgå i ledelsesgruppen i Marketing.

Dine vigtigste ansvarsområder inkluderer bl.a.:

  • Ledelse og tæt sparring med specialisterne i dit team
  • Drive og vedligeholde relevante kreative processer og content frameworks
  • Opretholde de etablerede processer i Marketing, herunder prioritering af opgaver, ressourceallokering og generel support
  • Støtte samarbejdet på tværs af afdelinger i udvalgte projekter
  • Drive egne - eller bistå øvrige strategiske initiativer
  • Administrative ledelsesopgaver og rekruttering, hvis relevant

Endvidere forestiller vi os at du har:

  • +3 års ledelseserfaring, gerne fra lignende stilling
  • Et godt menneskekendskab
  • En god forretningsforståelse (gerne fra et Marketingperspektiv), og hurtig til at spore dig ind på hvad vi skal lykkes med
  • En solid forståelse for processer, og det at arbejde inden for etablerede rammer
  • Et højt servicegen, er struktureret af natur og kan holde fokus på detaljen såvel som strategien
  • Evnen til at indgå i en hverdag hvor du somme tider selv skal finde ud af - og definere fremgangsmåder
