As a Portfolio Consultant, you'll be an integral part of our team, supporting leadership teams in various product- and tech domains. Your role involves driving and facilitating crucial portfolio management processes such as demand intake, domain and portfolio governance, and value management. Working closely with colleagues and senior stakeholders you will play a key role in ensuring the right governance structures are in place to bring Pandora's strategic themes to life. Through a well-defined cadence, we deliver transparency on the day-to-day work, value, and performance delivered by our digital teams. Your Role as a Portfolio Consultant:

As we navigate this pivotal moment of refining existing processes and introducing new ones, your role will play a significant part in our continuous evolution and growth. Whether you're a seasoned professional or just starting your journey, you'll be immersed in a collaborative environment.

As a Portfolio Consultant, your role will be pivotal in aligning expertise with business needs. You'll be expected to focus on key responsibilities:

  • Tech Domain Support: Collaborate closely with specific tech domains to orchestrate our demand intake and portfolio governance processes. Your role includes facilitating portfolio review meetings and key decision points in partnership with key stakeholders.
  • Transparency Enhancement: Drive the enhancement of transparency across the digital portfolio. Work hand-in-hand with domains to enrich data related to key dependencies, risks, and delivery/product roadmaps for their strategic initiatives. Your efforts will contribute to a comprehensive and informed decision-making process.
  • Tooling Practice Growth: Actively contribute to the evolution of our tooling practices within the Portfolio. Your expertise in tools such as Jira, PowerBi, and Excel will play a crucial role in optimizing processes and ensuring effective data management. Join us in shaping the future of our Portfolio through your proficiency and commitment to excellence in tooling practices.

 

What is needed to succeed:

  • 1-2 years' experience in PMO or Portfolio management for a complex and large digital portfolio.
  • Can-do entrepreneurial attitude, curiosity, and a strong desire to learn while delivering results.
  • Advanced Excel skills and adept in PowerPoint usage.
  • Structured and detail-oriented work habits with an operational and processes-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management across all organizational levels in a virtual setting.

 

Preferable if your experience includes one or more of the following:

  • Experience in facilitating and planning virtual portfolio review meetings.
  • Understanding of financial terminology with an interest in collaborating closely with finance stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience working with Azure DevOps, Jira, or Power BI.
  • Familiarity with working in SAFe or other scaled Agile setups.
