Rødovre, Denmark the Syrup Company ApS Full time

Bite was founded in September 2019 with the mission of creating a game changing B2B beverage solution and service. We handcraft the highest quality organic beverages, syrups and non-alcoholic alternatives. We use only raw ingredients - never any concentrates, preservatives, thickeners or colourings. Combining many years of experience of the founders, we were able to develop a portfolio of flavors that are very familiar, yet experimental, finding the right balance between the known and the new.

We are currently looking to expand our team with an associate production manager Technologist. Prior experience in the same role is not mandatory, but basic knowledge of food production is a must, and a background in the food and beverages industry is a plus. If you are motivated, eager to constantly learn and share our fascination for taste, then this is the right role for you.

You will learn everything about how to make each of the component of our drinks from start to finish, including infusions, extractions, stabilization and pasteurization. The job also includes helping with cleaning and maintaining our equipment and keep the production space HACCP compliant. You will have an active day and there might be some lifting at times (sugar bags weigh 10 kg).

The role will be on site in our production space in Hvidovre, two minutes away from the s-train station.

REQUIREMENTS & ATTRIBUTES

It is essential that you have some experience producing or handling food or beverages commercially, either in the front of the back of the house. Ideally you are knowledgeable with food handling and an avid learner. Any relevant academic qualification would be a plus but is not necessary.
