This internship is for the autumn semester of 2024.

You’ll be coupled with a mentor that will be your sparring partner throughout your internship to help you settle in and develop your skills. You’ll also be assigned to a squad, where you’ll be treated equally important as other team members.

You’ll join a tech set-up with skilled and, of course, dedicated colleagues. We’re hoping that you’re passionate about building applications and services, just like we are. As our Software Engineer Intern, you’ll become part of a workplace with a focus on creativity, and you’ll get to create valuable digital solutions from day one.

Choose between the following directions:

  • Backend: You’ll develop microservices using programming languages like TypeScript/JavaScript and technologies like NodeJS.
  • Frontend: You’ll implement great looking web interfaces using technologies such as Next.js, React in TypeScript/JavaScript
  • Platform: You’ll develop platform tools to help other engineers, and you’ll be working with technologies like AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes.

Therefore, during the internship you’ll get to

  • Work in an agile product development team. We’re hypothesis-driven, which means that we’re all about testing, making MVP’s and together with the squad deliver value for our customers.
  • Work from a continuous delivery perspective – and we can guarantee that you’ll commit code to production within your first week.
  • Gain experience from working with a modern agile approach to problem-solving, event-driven microservices on backend and a micro-frontend architecture.

We imagine that you’re:

  • Enrolled in a relevant degree – like AP degree in IT Technology, Computer Science, Software Technology Engineer or IKT
  • Writing and speaking English fluently
  • Familiar with Git/GitHub. Maybe you have shared some projects via GitHub, Codepen.io or similar? Knowledge about REST APIs is an advantage to have.
  • A team-player, curious, and ready to learn. We’ll make sure that you’ll learn plenty and gain relevant experience while having fun.
