We are looking for a skilled and motivated finance student assistant, who wants to work with numbers and finance. You will be getting a lot of responsibility and will own multiple areas of the finance function, and make sure budgets, liquidity, invoicing, and other areas are running smoothly. You will be reporting to the company’s part-time CFO, and work closely with the CEO, Pil Byriel.
What you will do:
Work closely with our outsourced bookkeeping agency Maintain and evolve our budget and liquidity forecasts Invoice clients and run the AR process Control costs and vendors Maintain and evolve reporting and KPIs Work closely with the commercial team Improve systems and setups for a more automated setup where possibleWhat you will bring:
A genuine interest in all aspects of finance Experience in managing budgets, costs, and invoicing Attention to detail Ability to work efficiently with limited supervision Tech savvy mindset and solid experience with Excel/Google SheetsWhat we offer:
