How to contribute to our vision  

The HSE Team Lead will report directly to the Head of HSE and will serve as the direct supervisor for a team of 8 skilled HSE professionals, comprising 4 HSE Officers and 4 Workflow Managers. This team is characterized by its dedicated members who excel in collaboration, mutual support, and fostering strong relationships with production teams.

As the Team Lead you will ensure that the team delivers high-quality work aimed at enhancing the factory's safety culture and preventing accidents.

The responsibilities of the role will include:

Engage and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth Maintain a clear overview of team tasks and priorities, ensuring timely and effective completion of objectives Address HSE-related queries and issues arising from daily operations Provide comprehensive HSE support and collaborate closely with production units Coordinate activities within the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) organization and workplace safety groups Oversee the implementation of improvement projects aimed at enhancing HSE performance Provide regular status reports to the Head of HSE Facilitate knowledge sharing within the team, across departments, and with other facilities

In addition to overseeing the 8-member HSE team, the HSE department includes specialists in various HSE domains, such as occupational health, safety, ergonomics, environment, chemistry, and waste management.

Be good at leading a team, with the ability to motivate and empower your team members Comprehensive knowledge and experience in HSE practices, including legislation Analytical and structured approach to problem-solving and task management Proficient in coordinating and prioritizing tasks effectively Ability to establish and nurture internal networks within the organization Fluency in both Danish and English, we operate bilingually
