On a gap year? Join us for a year of fun, growth, and good vibes with awesome people in a fantastic office. Picture this: fresh fruit, latte art, seasonal flowers, and well-equipped meeting rooms. Ready to level up the office for colleagues and visitors?

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Office Ambassador to join us in Copenhagen, who has an eye for details and is ready to take on the challenge of keeping our office areas in top shape This is far from a 'sit down all day job' - your task is to ensure that our office is sharp and well-functioning every day.

As an Office Ambassador, you will be the first to welcome our guests, and you will be responsible for ordering and stocking up on beverages and snacks. Your role is not just to maintain but to raise the standard of how our offices present themselves. You will play a key role in keeping the office tidy and organized, ensuring that nothing is left cluttered. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that our kitchens always look inviting and that the coffee machines are filled with fresh beans and are well-maintained. We are seeking a creative and independent individual who thrives on being on the go and taking initiative.

As our new Office Ambassador, you will play a huge role in ensuring that daily tasks are completed, and everything runs smoothly. You are also a superstar when it comes to setting a good mood, always meeting your colleagues and guests with a smile. This position is a fixed-term contract for 1 year, and you will be a part of the People and Culture Team, reporting and working closely with Signe Sønderbæk, our Office Manager.

Your tasks

  • Making sure the office is neat and tidy.

  • Being in charge of the daily contact with suppliers and deliveries.

  • Helping out and arranging events, meetings, Friday bars, etc.

  • Small cleaning tasks as keeping the coffee machines clean and tidy around the area.

  • Filling fridges with cold drinks, and fresh milk. Stock up on fresh fruit and snacks etc.

  • You should expect to lift goods and climb some stairs, but hey, it's free exercise

  • Make sure our printer is up and running and all office supplies are on point.

  • Buying drinks, snacks, and things for the kitchen and putting everything in place upon arrival as well as topping up what is needed in the office.

  • Preparing equipment for the new colleagues at the office, such as a âstarting kitâ for new employees.

  • Make sure there is an awesome office vibe every day.

About you

For you, no task is too small and you are good at working proactively and getting the job done. You work well independently and can keep yourself going throughout the day, as you manage your own time and need to prioritize tasks.

Your approach means that you are always in control and one step ahead. You are not afraid of getting your hands dirty and love to be able to check things off your to-do list.

You want everyone who visits the office to feel that we truly do the little extra and feel proud to be the go-to person for the office extravaganza. You have a âcan-doâ way of seeing things and you love creating good vibes around you.
