We are looking for multiple creative interns that are ready to play a key role in inspiring and creating wow for our members and future members knowing that great content is the secret sauce that creates engagement and results whether it's through paid social, CRM or landing page design. If you are not shy to be in front of the camera and ready to participate in the content creation yourself, it is a big plus (but not mandatory). As an intern you will gain invaluable experience creating content, implementing landing pages and working in the growth marketing team of a growing B2C subscription company within the beauty industry. This batch of interns would be expected to be able to start in January 2024.

Creative Intern
As a creative intern you will act as an "all-arounder", getting hands-on experience working as a marketing creative. You will be working with copy writing and communication, art direction, concept development, graphic design, brand design and front-end development.

A carefully designed onboarding program geared towards creating a strong digital content foundation for you Hands-on experience working across multiple digital marketing channels, consisting of: Google Ads, organic social media such as Meta, Snapchat and TikTok, Email Marketing and influencer marketing. Working as part of a bigger Growth Marketing team in an international, dynamic, progressive company. You will be an integral part of the team and as such included in meetings, creative sparring & planning, and you will get your hands dirty and do lots of real work, while you will get full support from a great team.

What your days could look like

Go through creative and strategic briefs created or co-created with the growth team. Work within wordpress front-end development, implementing and executing landingpage designs. Learning the latest low-fi, real'n'human trends and tricks and how to bring them to use You will assist the creative team with exciting daily projects, such as post-production, development of visual assets, landing page designs and other creative ad-hocs Powered with lots of ideas and best practices from paid social you execute at a high speed and you generate fresh ideas quickly, introducing new ways to promote our offerings and products across international consumer audiences You work agile with still images, video editing and understand the power of iPhone creativity You will work with our company's visual identity and brand design within your graphical work of assets, layouts and all creative aspects A variety of ad-hoc and administrative tasks


What you will need to bring

You are a switched-on individual, a self-starter and a quick learner You have a basic understanding of graphic design, UX and experience in the Adobe suite such as Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects. Preferably also in Figma. You have a basic understanding of HTML and CSS You have experience with front-end web development and page builders such as Elementor. You have a commercial mindset and you are interested in marketing as well as social media You possess good organizational skills, and you like working in a structured manner You have excellent attention to detail, and you have the ability to work to tight deadlines You are a flawless communicator in English. Proficiency in one Nordic language is considered a plus
