We are looking for a business coordinator to join our Cheese & Butter Team within Global Industry Sales & Trading (GIST).

How you will make an impact

Cheese and Butter Team is managing and selling a range of different commodity cheeses and bulk butter to a global customer base within B2B. As part of GIST we take part in balancing and optimizing the global Arla milk pool to fully utilize all of our farmer’s milk in an efficient and profitable way. You will play a decisive role ensuring that we apply and use our milk and capacities optimally from a global perspective. In particular, you will:

Support the Sales Team Respond to customer inquiries (multiple contact points) Ensure daily follow-up and updating of forecasted sales volumes, creating alignment between orders and forecast (in SAP) in close cooperation with Sales, Global Planning and Customer Service Manage demand planning on specific product categories (determining available volumes and stocks while aligning them with Sales Team) Register customer claims and manage/close these in collaboration with relevant Quality Teams. Be a liaison between Sales and Product Management, Global Planning, Finance and Customer Service

What will make you successful?

You come with a Master degree and with 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role. In your approach, you are positive, goal-oriented and thrive on working autonomously. You are able to retain a customer and service-oriented approach and possess excellent stakeholder management skills. You are proactive, able to remain calm under pressure and you use your analytical skills when solving problems. As you will depend on a variety of stakeholders you will need to master executing through others in a matrix organization across functions, companies and geographical borders.

Furthermore you are;

A master of time and task management Structured (detail-oriented) and like to add structure to existing processes Fluent in English An experienced Microsoft-Office user including strong Excel-skills for reporting and planning tasks Thriving in a busy, informal environment where every day is different.
