About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Operations Associate Analyst reporting to the Sales Operations Manager. 


What you’ll do

* Develop and maintain our data tools & models (mainly Salesforce and complex Excel files). Advanced knowledge in Excel is a must.

* Automating processes to reduce manual work and drive both efficiency and quality

* Create top-quality reporting & visuals to be used by our full commercial organization 

* Monitoring the relevancy of our reporting, updating and improving where possible  

* Engage and support our commercial team on day to day activities  

* Ensure data quality and accuracy in our CRM constantly

 

Who you are

* Proactive - you are able to understand and bring ideas to enhance sales lead generation as well as the sales pipeline end to end 

* Analytical - you are able to dive into and understand data and numbers and based on the insights able to optimize our current set up 

* Structured - different reports to build and dashboards to monitor on a weekly basis. Being highly organized and structured will ease those processes and help you succeed in the role 

* A do’er with a positive attitude - foodora is an entrepreneurial company where we foster collaboration in high and low and don't see any assignment too big or small to grab

 

What you’ll need

* A university degree within either Analytics or Strategy, e.g. Business, Economics, Engineering or Mathematics. Master's degree will be an advantage.

* Strong skills in SQL or Python, especially when it comes to using coding to work with unstructured data. Knowledge within Datastudio/BigQuery is an advantage

* 2 or more years of experience working in a position that is analytical, strategic and involves collaboration across teams

* Advanced skills in Excel/Google sheets and Powerpoint. 

* Previous examples of automating processes and working across different types of data sources is preferred.
