The Team

This role is complementing an already diverse and international Widex brand team, consisting of brand managers, strategists, communicators, innovators, business analysts, and audiologists.

In collaboration with the full value chain as well as external parties, the brand team ensures the commercial strategy and ongoing development of the Widex brand. As a close-knit entity, they cover commercial and brand strategic planning, upstream innovation, product development, campaign development, launch management, product training and audiological communication.

The Role

In the role as Product Training & Education Manager, you will be the voice of Widex Audiology, making sure that everyone understands our products inside out.

Your responsibilities will therefore include:

Crafting and developing training toolboxes and informative Q&As tailored for product launches, ensuring seamless deployment across diverse marketsFormulating innovative training tools designed for internal training purposes, external sales enablement, and the online portal to enhance accessibility and effectivenessProducing instructive 'how-to' videos for both hardware, software, and apps, aimed at providing clear and user-friendly guidanceEstablishing and maintaining an ongoing collaborative partnership with market counterparts, offering support to ensure that training initiatives translate into commercial impact.

You have substantial experience working in a similar role or as a professional audiologistYou have hands-on involvement with hearing aid fitting & audiology software either through training or as an audiologist
