We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Head of IT to lead and drive our IT operations. As the Head of IT, you are responsible for overseeing all aspects of our IT function, from day-to-day operations to long-term technology strategy.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our technology infrastructure and aligning IT with business goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team, providing hands-on guidance and fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.

  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, hardware, and software systems, to ensure optimal performance, security, and reliability.

  • Service Delivery: Ensure timely and effective delivery of IT services and support to internal stakeholders, addressing technical issues, troubleshooting, and implementing solutions to minimize disruptions.

  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with technology vendors, negotiate contracts, and evaluate third-party solutions to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

  • Security and Compliance: Establish and maintain robust cybersecurity measures and compliance standards to protect sensitive data, ensure regulatory adherence, and mitigate potential risks.

  • Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage the IT budget, allocating resources effectively to support current operations and strategic initiatives while optimizing costs.

  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts related to IT projects, ensuring effective communication, training, and support for employees as new technologies and processes are implemented.

  • Performance Measurement: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of IT operations and initiatives, presenting reports to the executive team.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and optimization within the IT department and across the organization.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate cross-functionally with departments and business units to understand their technology needs, provide guidance, and ensure alignment with IT strategies.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

    • Progressive experience in IT management, with a track record of successfully leading operational teams and strategic initiatives.

    • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, systems, and cybersecurity best practices.

    • Proven experience in managing IT budgets, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations.

    • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute IT strategies that drive business growth and innovation.

    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization.

    • Project management expertise, with a focus on delivering projects on time and within budget.

    • Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards.

    • Professional certifications such as ITIL, PMP, CISSP, or CISM are a plus.
