Pandora is currently looking for an ambitious Student Assistant with a flair for insights to join our team in Copenhagen. At Pandora, the Global Consumer Insights Team is the voice of the consumer within the organization, ensuring that the business keeps its consumer at heart. We use research and analysis to unpack complex business problems, build strategic recommendations and help shape the future of Pandora.

This Student Assistant role offers you the unique opportunity to take ownership of projects, with guidance from experts on the team. You will get the chance to deliver consumer-driven insights and recommendations that impact decisions across the business, including decisions by senior management.

You are curious by nature about human behaviour and cultural changes, along with having a commercial interest. You have a strong analytical sense with great capabilities in qualitative methodology and ideally experienced in quantitative methodology as well.

Your areas of responsibilities:

  • Run qualitative research studies in our Jewellery Consumer Community, which allow us to engage directly with consumers to hear their perspective on various business questions. Responsible for setting up prompts, analysing results and reporting insights. Experience with online ethnography or community management is advantageous, but not required.
  • Responsible for our social listening platform (Brandwatch), including managing the vendor, setting up queries, analysing social data and developing PowerPoint reports for various projects. Experience with social listening is an advantage, but not required
  • Identify relevant signals and trends from independent desk research, internal reports, and trend report platforms such as Stylus, Euromonitor, WGSN, etc.
  • Support on ad-hoc quantitative and qualitative research studies, including set up, desk research, analysis, reporting, etc.

We are looking for a unique and talented colleague who brings along the following

  • Entering the 1st year of your master or 3rd year of your bachelor, preferably within Market Research, Anthropology, Sociology, Cultural Studies, Cognitive Sciences, Economics/Business, or similar
  • Experience with qualitative research methods. Experience with quantitative analysing tools (e.g. SPSS) and survey programs (e.g., Alchemer) would be an advantage, but not required
  • Interest in working with consumer insights and market research
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with structured approach
  • Passionate, curious colleague with a can-do attitude and desire to learn
  • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Additional information
This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark and your working hours will be 15-20 per week on average (less around exams and more when possible and required). Start date will ideally be July 2024, but can be flexible.
