Cozy Game Studio is looking for a 2D Graphics Artist to join the team in Copenhagen. As a 2D Graphics Artist at Cozy Game Studio, you will play a pivotal role in making the art for our games. You will be instrumental in bringing our cozy gaming experiences to life, ensuring that they resonate with our audience and evoke feelings of comfort and relaxation.


Things you would be doing

Creating concept art and 2D art assets for our cozy mindful game:

Character design

Environment art

Buildings

Icons

UI

Making “creatives” for UA and marketing

Collaborate closely with the art director as well as game design and development team to translate creative concepts into engaging visual experiences

Working within art pipelines, processes, and standards defined by the art director

Implementing art assets in Unity


Things we look for in a candidate

Prior experience working as an graphics artist in a video game company

A strong understanding of a variety of 2D art styles

An understanding of creating art assets production ready for animation

A desire for creating a unique art style, but with a broad market appeal (not too indie cool - not too F2P polished, but somewhere in the middle)

An understanding of F2P development principles, including data-driven development, user validation and technical constraints

Experience with Unity and its technical constraints/considerations

Experience with setting up art assets inside Unity
