  What is the job about?

Your key task will be to deliver consistently high Customer satisfaction on behalf of Group Purchasing and the performance unit through optimization of the Operational Excellence, Innovation and Sustainability delivered from Suppliers. You will also conduct Value Based Sourcing within the scope of local suppliersfocusing on TCO (Total cost of ownership) optimization.

Your main responsibilities :

  Strategic sourcing related activities: Support development of category strategy Execution of sourcing strategies by using the existing Purchasing Tools. Responsible for the tendering process (eRFI & RFQs and e-auctions). Prepare data and fact packs for supplier negotiations. Drive and execute supplier negotiations and supplier consolidation.

  Supplier Relationship Management related activities: Participate in developing the SRM strategies for key suppliers and relevant collaborative suppliers. Regular follow-up with suppliers on performance against target (e.g., on-time deliveries, quality) and follow up on improvement activities. Support supply chain improvements and initiatives in cooperation with local units Participate in a team of cross-functional key stakeholders.

Your background :
We imagine that you have: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain, or equivalent experience Confident MS Excel user Systematic problem-solving approach Advanced English skills
