Brænder du for forandringsledelse og vil samtidig være ansvarlig for at vejlede om og igangsætte nye initiativer som understøtter kundernes bæredygtighedsrejse? Så har vi netop en spændende ny rolle i Compass Group Danmark.

Vi søger en kollega, der kan være en central del af at understøtte virksomhedens bæredygtighedsrejse i tæt samarbejde med interne og eksterne interessenter. Bæredygtighed er centralt for måden, Compass Group tænker og driver forretning på. Derfor er vi nu på udkig efter en Sustainability Change Manager, der kan sætte yderligere skub i udviklingen samt facilitere, inspirere og engagere til handling og skabe reelle forandringer. Dine spidskompetencer ligger blandt andet i at navigere i forandringer og drive bæredygtighed fremad gennem effektivt lederskab og kommunikation.

Opgaver

Udvikling og implementering af et program, der skal engagere og fremmer bæredygtige praksisser medarbejdere på tværs af virksomheden Udvikle og koordinere workshops, træningsmoduler og events, der øger bevidstheden og viden om ESG-relaterede emner på forskellige niveauer. Bidrage til at organisere kampagner og initiativer, der fremmer bæredygtig adfærd og nudginggreb inden for organisationen. Bidrage til kommunikation og rapportering, der effektivt formidler organisationens ESG-mål og -præstationer til interne og eksterne stakeholders. Indsamle og analysere feedback fra programdeltagere og andre interessenter for løbende at forbedre ESG-initiativerne. Overvåge og evaluere effektiviteten af initiativer. Understøtte og vejlede kunder i bæredygtighedstiltag

Om dig:

Du er passioneret for at skabe positive forandringer inden for bæredygtighed, og du anvender din viden til at lede projekter og kommunikere effektivt med kolleger på alle niveauer. Du mestrer kunsten i at formidle komplekse faglige initiativer til en lang række forskellige målgrupper. Derudover har du:

Flere års erfaring med implementering af bæredygtige tiltag i organisationer og virksomheder Har erfaring med ESG og bæredygtighed, herunder klima- og miljøforhold og social bæredygtighed. God forretningsforståelse Fremragende mundtlige og skriftlige kommunikationsevner, herunder evnen til at præsentere komplekse ESG-emner på en forståelig måde – på dansk og engelsk. God forståelse for trends indenfor bæredygtighed samt relevante lovgivningsmæssige og regulatoriske rammer.
