About the role:

The Senior Product Owner in our Embedded Software department is tasked with the key responsibility of steering 1-2 Scrum teams, operating in accordance with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Your primary responsibility will be to maximize the value delivered by the teams while ensuring alignment with business and user needs. You will work in close partnership with various stakeholders such as Product Management, System Engineering, Customers, and Business Owners, to advance product development and ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities:Identify and order the product backlog to mirror corporate targets and consumer expectations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan product releases and ensure timely delivery of new functionalities.Address Agile team needs and dependencies to facilitate smooth development cycles.Oversee the delivery stages from design to market release, ensuring adherence to quality standards.Participate in sprint planning, approve sprint outcomes, and support team members in their day-to-day activities.Serve as the primary point of contact for teams and stakeholders, facilitating communication and coordination.Iterate and coordinate dependencies with relevant parties, including Project Managers, to ensure alignment with program strategy.Set and maintain quality expectations for the components under your responsibility, adhering to agile, Scrum, and SAFe best practices.

Experience:Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Software, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.Possess several years of practical experience as a Product Owner, preferably within the medical industry.Demonstrate a deep understanding of Agile processes and principles, particularly in a scaled agile environment.Knowledge of Medical Device Regulation, Design Control, and EN 62304 standards is advantageous.
