Department Overview
The extensive Motorola Solutions DIMETRA TETRA Infrastructure portfolio provides secure and resilient solutions which are deployed across a wide range of market segments including government, public safety (Police, Fire, Ambulance), transportation (Transit, Metro, Rail & Airport), energy and enterprise markets, scaling from the smallest single site solution to nationwide networks covering whole countries. The TETRA Infrastructure Customer Solutions and Product Management team is the focal point for the worldwide Go to Market teams for front-end customer and sales support for all of the DIMETRA systems business. The team is also responsible for definition and execution of all DIMETRA system releases. You will be part of an innovative and international environment in one of the leading companies within critical communications.
Job Description
The DIMETRA Infrastructure Product Manager role includes:

1. Definition and execution of competitive and customer compelling DIMETRA Infrastructure products and releases for a worldwide market.

2. Represent the business and work with sales, strategy and marketing teams in the implementation, manufacture and support of products and software releases

3. Cradle to grave ownership of products and releases. From initial market research and business case, through to execution, product launch, cancellation and migration plan.

4. Subject matter expert on DIMETRA Infrastructure products including providing key messages to Distribution/Sales on product offering, positioning and competitive strategy.

Main responsibilities:
• Capturing customer requirements for DIMETRA X-Core, Express, Base Station and Console Products
• Roadmap planning and compelling communication of the roadmap
• Excellent presentation skills
• Defining and prioritizing feature/project requests
• Developing and communicating product cancellation plans to minimize scrap cost/inventory

• Developing and participating in market research and industry trade shows
• Product financials i.e. volume shipped, Average Selling Price, sales trends etc.

Basic Requirements
• University degree in Business or Engineering-related fields

• 2+ years of experience in product/business management or similar
• Independent, proactive and focused on getting the job done
• Good networking skills and ability to work within a global organization
• Language skills is an advantage, a minimum is fluent English (written and spoken)
