SDK Test Manager

What you will doCoordinate and oversee all testing activities for components and Software development Kits (SDK) across teams. Collect and report quality metrics from test activities in the departmentDevelop and implement comprehensive software testing strategies, plans and processes, ensuring that all software in the area of responsibility meets the highest quality standards for release to customers.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including development, project management and system integration test to ensure that testing efforts are fully integrated into the product system development life cycle.Ensure that all test plans, test cases, and other test-related artifacts are created, maintained, and updated as needed throughout the project life cycle.Actively promote test automation activities across the teams, including HW-in-the-loop set upAnalyze and report on testing results and provide recommendations for improvements to software quality and testing processes.

What you bring

Your Experience 7+ years of experience as Software Test Manager, ideally for medical devices.Experience with most areas of the software test lifecycle: requirement analysis, test planning, test case development, test environment setup/data creation and test execution. Experience with SW development and/or test automation. Experience with Agile development and test processes especially for mobile apps

Your personal competencies Proven technical and analytical educational background, self-motivated, team player, leadership qualities. Test mindset, system thinking, passion for driving root cause analysis in complex systems including HW Good communication and presentation skills Experience with Agile Development process and test process.
