SENIOR MANAGER

Type of Employment: Permanent

Location: our offices in Denmark, Norway, Sweden

Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)

THE ROLE 

The Senior Manager in European food service is a new role, reporting to the European Food Director within our CK food service team. We seek a highly skilled and experienced profile who manages categories and creates strong relations with key stakeholders internally and externally. The role will lead one of our most important categories, “Hotdogs,” and ensure that key strategic initiatives are executed in collaboration with the business units. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of working in a matrix organization and experience managing suppliers and building relations internally and externally.

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

Here are ways that you’ll help make journeys better:

Develop and maintain the European Hotdog category.

Develop and maintain the Grab & Go concept closely with the category directors.

Lead the annual Category Review process and the content for our meetings with the European category manager team.

Develop and scale programs and tools to grow food sales and optimize profitability.

Contribute to the overall development, execution of our global strategy for foodservice.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Strong communication skills in English.

Experience in retail, FMCG, convenience, or similar disciplines.

Experienced in category management. 

Ability to travel +30 days a year.
