The team you will be part of

Our global Group IT function of +200 employees delivering business critical applications and infrastructure to manage the full value chain from sales to manufacturing and distribution for several of our subsidiaries. The GN Group covers the global scope of GN Hearing and GN Audio.

As our new Network Architect, you are based at our global HQ located in Ballerup, Denmark, and report directly to Head of core Network, Søren Mikkelsen.

The IT Security & Network team consists of 12 diverse, experienced, and supportive specialists, who all collaborate with many different strategic stakeholders in the GN Group, incl. other IT teams. All are looking forward to welcoming you to the team.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will have a broad range of responsibility in a dynamic work environment, where you will work tactically and operationally within the network area.

Your tasks will be within the following areas in collaboration with great colleagues:

Create roadmaps for IT Network infrastructure Design and implementation of global IT network infrastructure Participate in relevant IT projects Creating roadmaps for IT Network security Design and implement IT Network security technologies in a global infrastructure Level 3 support for network on both old and new infrastructure (Aruba, Cisco, HPE, Checkpoint)

To succeed in the role, we imagine that you are structured, good at planning your work, can keep a high-level overview of our tasks, while have an eye for the finer details. You are a team-player, who enjoys working with others, as well as working independently and take initiate, when needed.

We, furthermore, image that you have: Experience within enterprise network design and implementation

Experience within enterprise network security design and implementation Good knowledge of Cisco based LAN/WIFI (incl. Catalyst Center, ISE) Good knowledge of ZTNA and FW technologies Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with other IT teams and stakeholders An analytical and methodical approach to your work Fluent in written and spoken English
