The Global Supply Chain & Transport is within the COO organization, and we are a global organization with more than 140 employees based in different locations all around the world.

 

As the Vice President of Enterprise Project & Portfolio Management (EPPM), you will have an important role in our organization’s growth. You’ll lead strategically, overseeing and enhancing project and portfolio management practices. Your responsibilities will include shaping the project management framework, aligning it with our business objectives, and ensuring the effective execution of projects. Collaborating closely with senior leadership, you’ll manage a team of planning specialists and optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency.

 

As the Vice President of Enterprise Project and Portfolio Management you will:

 

  • Responsible for developing and implementing an EPPM strategic plan aligned with our organizational goals. Your focus will be to define standards, optimizing project and portfolio management practices to deliver effective outcomes. 
  • Improve project management approaches to encourage creativity and guarantee operational efficiency.
  • Responsible for overseeing our entire project portfolio, ensuring seamless alignment with our business priorities. Your key responsibilities include evaluating project plans, prioritizing initiatives, allocating resources, and closely monitoring performance, risks, and benefits realization at both project and portfolio levels.
  • Guide a cohesive group, focusing on the efficient use of resources. Harmonize task distribution by pairing appropriate expertise with the demands of various projects. Collaborate closely with our Human Resources department to support recruitment, training, and professional development initiatives. 
  • Be the bridge between our C-suite executives, regional teams, and functional business units. Facilitate effective communication on project status, risks, and business impact. Resolve conflicts to maintain project momentum.
  • Identify and assess project risks. Recommend and contribute to risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., local content...)
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with our strategic goals. Regularly track and report on project performance, portfolio health, and strategic alignment. Utilize data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement.
  • Drive continuous enhancements across our projects and portfolios. Be at the forefront of driving transformation within our organization by Leading change initiatives related to project planning processes. Promote the adoption of new tools, methodologies, and technologies.
  • Cultivate a climate that emphasizes agility and collective commitment, where our teams are motivated to welcome transitions and advocate for continuous advancement.

 

Requirements:

•    Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Planning or Project Management
•    Minimum 10 years of experience in project planning & portfolio management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
•    Proficiency in project management software, data analytics, and reporting tools.
•    Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
•    Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is an advantage.
