Indian Cook with experience

We are Looking for Experianced Indian or south indian or asian cook in copenhagen. Our menus are based on well-sourced produce, high standards of cooking and innovative presentation creating a great experience for our guests.
candidate must have following skills.

➢ Minimum 5 years of Experience as a South Indian Chef or Indian Cook or Asian cook with eager to learn indian cooking.

➢ Should be skilled in making different varieties of dosa and classic south Indian dishes

➢ Knowledge of authentic south Indian food is optional advantages.

➢ Prepare and cook full course meals and individual dishes and foods.

➢ Ensure quality of food and determine size of food proportions, Work with minimal supervision.

➢ Estimate food requirements and costs.

➢ Maintain & manage inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment.➢ Able to work in Denmark without restriction.

➢ Able to join immediately

➢ Control food wastage without compromising on food quality.

➢ Ensure hygiene and cleanliness of his / her area at all the times.

➢ Provide assistance and Supervise all kitchen staff and helpers.

➢ Ensure appropriate and professional communication with all the team members at all giventimes.

➢ Knowing danish is added advantage but not necessary

➢ Inspect kitchens and food service areas.

➢ Knowledge of advanced cooking equipment,work with specialized cooking equipment(Dosa)
