 This is the shop manager’s job:

Operations

Ensure that our shops are always optimally ready for sale

Monitor shop performance and intervene if deviations occur

Forecasting in collaboration with procurement and logistics

Participate in the launch of new products with the marketing team

Monthly reporting on shop and Amazon performance


Development tasks together with the team

Discover and implement on-page improvements on websites, shops, and Amazon.

Plan activities/campaigns on shops and Amazon marketplaces.

Shape each country's shop/Amazon according to local customer preferences and requirements.

Experience in a similar position and preferably a business degree.

Essential: In-depth understanding of e-commerce mechanisms and the ability to translate best practices into effective sales, particularly for complex products like rollators.

Self-driven and with initiative: We trust you to manage your own time and prioritize tasks without micromanagement.

Pride in delivering quality: We prioritize quality over quantity, constantly striving for improvement with a supportive feedback system.

Team spirit: Genuine collaboration is key; no room for sharp elbows, politics, or egos.

Entrepreneurial mindset and a 'can-do' attitude.

Professional-level fluency in English.
