Are you a creative powerhouse with a talent for creating engaging user experiences and stunning visual designs? We're on the lookout for a versatile UX and Graphic Designer to elevate our digital platforms and video content.

About the role

In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in shaping the user journey and visual identity across various projects, such as our training and documentation website and a web approval portal.

You'll be working out of the Development and Engineering department where you'll become an integrated part of an innovative, entrepreneurial, and agile environment.  

Responsibilities:

Craft intuitive UX/UI designs for the Learn website, enhancing user engagement. Develop a compelling and unified visual identity and style throughout the training and documentation website. Redesign the UX and UI for our web approval portal, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly interface. Elevate video content using visuals, storytelling, animation, diagrams, and more. Contribute to improving the user experience of our solutions, collaborating with dev teams and technical writers.

About you

The ideal candidate is a creative, proactive, and flexible team player who’ll thrive in Continia's fast-paced environment. We’re looking for someone who is prepared to take ownership of tasks, excel in execution, demonstrate readiness to learn, offer assistance where necessary, and exhibit versatility.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience with UI/UX design Excellent visual communication and design skills Mastering the UX toolbox; user journey mapping, sitemaps, workflows, etc. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, preferably Figma Proficiency in graphic design and animation tools, Adobe Suite Professional fluency in written and spoken English A collaborative and team-oriented mindset capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams.
