You will be working with exciting and varied job tasks within attracting and retaining international talent and gain unique insight into the Danish business sector through our large network of corporate partners.

Key Responsibilities: As a pivotal member of our Talent Attraction team, you will:

Assist in planning and execution of yearly career program Young Professionals in Denmark (YPD) As a “community manager”, engage students proactively, fostering a strong network for them, through: Supporting their social activities (career club) outside the official program’s scope Building program’s presence on LinkedIn Being point of contact on program’s internal communications platform Manage administrative tasks, including event coordination and execution.

Young Professionals in Denmark (YPD) is a half year career development program for 200 international students in Denmark. The program is tailored to provide motivation, connections, knowledge and support to start their careers in Denmark upon graduating.

Candidate Profile: We are seeking a dynamic candidate who is:

Currently in the first year of a bachelor’s or master’s degree program. Passionate about making a tangible impact on the lives of international talent in Denmark. Fluent in English, with great communication skills both orally and in writing. Danish fluency is a plus. Experience with Microsoft Office / Teams is beneficial.
