Vi på GlobalConnect söker en engagerad Key Account Manager (KAM) med stort kundfokus för att hantera och utveckla våra viktigaste affärsrelationer. Som KAM får du möjlighet att ansvara för och stärka banden med våra nyckelkunder i den publika sektorn, vilket innefattar bland annat allmännyttor och kommuner. Du kommer att integrera förvaltningsarbete med strategier för affärstillväxt för att bygga upp beständiga och gynnsamma relationer. Du kommer att vara en del av ett team som sträcker sig över flera städer, och tillsammans kommer ni att fokusera på försäljning på nationell nivå. Det innebär att resor inom Sverige kommer att vara en naturlig del av arbetet.

Du kommer att ha en viktig roll i att etablera och underhålla löpande kommunikation med VD:ar, IT-chefer och andra i högt uppsatta ledarpositioner. Din roll inkluderar att bidra till utvecklingen av kunder som vi bedömer vara av stor vikt för företagets framtid. Det är även ditt ansvar att effektivt hantera och vidareutveckla våra befintliga konton, samt att ha ett ägandeskap för upphandlingsprocessen med support från kollegor från andra avdelningar. Utöver detta förväntas du ta initiativ att etablera relationer med nya kunder, och ta ansvar för att utveckla och stärka dessa affärsrelationer över tid.

För att lyckas i rollen tror vi att du har:

  • Goda kunskaper i svenska och engelska samt förmåga att skapa relationer med olika typer av människor.
  • Erfarenhet av sälj, gärna inom telekombranschen och öppna nät.
  • Ett strukturerat sätt och erfarenhet av att jobba med rapportering och dokumentation.

Vi letar efter dig som har en relationsorienterad inställning och trivs med att skapa långsiktiga samarbeten. Du är strukturerad och ordningsam, och har förmågan att hantera komplexa situationer med lätthet. Som en bra kommunikatör trivs du med att presentera för olika typer av publik och har förmågan att kommunicera effektivt.
