The position
As Senior Manager, you will have the chance to establish an outstanding organisation and develop essential skills in your department to tackle any business challenge that comes your way. This also includes recruiting talents, onboarding new team members, providing comprehensive training, and building a high-performing team that's ready to take on anything. 

Your main responsibilities will be focused on:

Decommissioning production equipment to make way for the latest and greatest technology Ramp-up and launch state-of-the-art Assembly and Packaging lines for our revolutionary new haemophilia product in a prefilled device and ensure that we can deliver during our global product launch Empowering two fully automated inspection lines that will ensure our products are of the highest quality and meet our high standards Preparing and executing product/line transfers between sites

As part of our management team, you'll be reporting directly to the Director of BRD FP Gentofte & Værløse and be working alongside another Senior Manager and numerous Associate Managers. You'll collaborate closely with the Site Project Portfolio Manager, Business Support area, IT, and Line of Business to ensure that our projects are executed flawlessly, and our products are delivered to customers with the utmost efficiency and precision.

Qualifications
To be a great leader in our organisation you will have: Several years of leadership experience within project management or operational excellence in GMP manufacturing in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or similar industry

Strong change management skills and deep business understanding Excellent interpersonal skills and proven experience in working with stakeholders at all levels Experience with working in a regulated and automated production environment and have experience in one or preferably more of the following fields: automation, digitalisation, data availability, LEAN, and finished production Fully proficient in both written and spoken English

On a personal level, you are proactive and have a high degree of independence, drive and direction setting. You feel empowered by the autonomy of being the one who is responsible for driving the New Product Entry agenda at our production facilities in Gentofte and Kirke Værløse. You value close collaboration and shop floor presence. Your curiosity and collaborative mind-set enable you to identify new solutions and create engagement around implementation.
