About The Job

As part of the R&D department, this role offers lots of challenge - but the kind you thrive on. Along the way, you’ll maintain our Alfa Laval Cleaning & Mixing portfolio with special focus in Cleaning, coordinate and support component design and changes, while also provide assistance in supply and purchasing activities. You will be a crucial resource for your colleagues, sharing knowledge and fostering mutual growth.

Your main responsibilities:

• Provide coordination and support for the development projects of new ideas and concepts related to technology, including new designs, features, and materials developments.
• Assist in overseeing the production of prototypes, samples, and lab tests, ensuring seamless execution.
• Coordinate and support the development of new products and services from initial concept to launch, aligning with customer needs and market demands.
• Aid in the maintenance of our existing product portfolio by facilitating design changes and providing support to supply and purchasing activities.
• Collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including Product Management and Supply Chain, to ensure the successful execution of projects and alignment with organizational goals.

The position will be based in Kolding, Denmark. We anticipate approximately 15-30 days of travel activity per year, primarily within Denmark.

A degree-qualified mechanical or industrial engineer, you’ll have good experience in a similar role and environment. Now you’re ready to take that experience further.
