I DXC Technology Danmark leverer vi forretningskritiske IT-tjenester, som sætter rammerne for morgendagens Danmark. Du bliver en del af vores team, der arbejder med et ligningssystem for en kunde, hvorigennem vi sikrer, at essentielle oplysninger fra partnere håndteres og implementeres korrekt i kundens systemer.

Dit nye team er pt på 16 dedikerede kolleger, som er en blandet gruppe af både business analysts, testere og programmører, der supplerer hinanden utroligt godt.

Du sikrer leverancer og motiverer teamet

Som vores nye scrum master er du den daglige drivkraft i teamet, der både sikrer den agile proces og har fokus på effektivitet, fremdrift og samarbejde. Du får en tæt, faglig sparring med de 7 andre scrum masters i afdelingen samt med de relevante product owners.

Mere specifikt kommer du til at:

være ansvarlig for den daglige fremdrift i teamet, herunder motivering og coaching af dine teammedlemmer og håndtering af udfordringer

implementere og forbedre de agile teamprocesser

facilitere teamet til næste agile modenhedsniveau

sikre fokus på og håndtering af afhængigheder.

Erfaren scrum master med gode menneskekundskaber

Du har både ben i næsen og en stærk diplomatisk sans, som gør det muligt for dig at motivere dit team, også når der er forandringer i luften. Det betyder også, at du er virkelig god til mennesker på alle erfaringsniveauer – og din faglige ballast giver dig pondus nok til at danse med selv de tungeste profiler.

Desuden skader det ikke, hvis du kan lide at holde dig lidt opdateret på relevante samfundsændringer, da vores arbejde i høj grad bliver påvirket af mange nye tiltag i samfundet.

Derudover forestiller vi os, at du har:

en god portion erfaring som scrum master

erfaring med agil forandringsledelse – gerne inden for SAFe

erfaring med – eller lyst til at arbejde med – JIRA og Confluence.
