IFF is a global leader within solutions for the dairy industry. This position offers an exciting role with potential for professional and personal development. The aim is to provide technical support to our customers and our sales organization in Europe and participate in development of new solutions. 

You are a professional with a theoretical background within dairy/food science and technology at Master level. You may have a few years of experience from working with fresh dairy products development or production. You will be part of our international dairy design group. This group is part of the global Innovation Creation & Design organization in IFF. After a training period you will be giving our customers in the dairy industry application support related to our ingredi¬ent solutions with primary focus on fresh dairy products such milk drinks, creams, yoghurts, and desserts. Plant-based dairy alternatives will also be a part of your scope in this role.

Your primary responsibilities will be to provide technical support to our customers in close cooperation with our sales organization and your colleagues in the Design teams across Europe. You will participate in customer development projects and internal development projects. You will have a competent internal organization to support your execution of the role including expansion of technical know-how and related competencies. Your introduction to the role will take place via spending the first significant period working in our pilot plant before you move to your own customer tasks. Our solution portfolio includes a broad range of solutions including stabilizer/texturizers, emulsifiers, hydrocolloids, flavors, plant proteins, cultures and enzymes.
 

Key requirements:

•    You are a professional with a theoretical and potentially practical background within dairy/food science and technology.
•    You are a Master graduate and may have a few years of experience within ingredient application into fresh dairy products.
•    You like to work independently, but also understand how to function in a large organization and the importance of reaching common business objectives.
•    You have an interest in and willingness to do practical work in our dairy pilot plant.
•    You have good communication skills and master English both orally and written and is willing to present in front of a larger audience.
•    You are open to travel in the region. 
•    You like to visit customers, and local travel activity fits your working style.  

Working location will be Brabrand, Denmark.
