As a Digital Product Designer at Relesys, you'll be a vital part of our team, spearheading the creation of seamless and enjoyable interaction designs and customer journeys. Collaboration will be at the heart of your role, as you'll work closely with diverse teams to conduct user research and transform insights into groundbreaking design solutions with your brilliant, creative, and user-focused mind Therefore, you'll take ownership of creating user flows, product maps, and wireframes that enable the best possible user experience
Your role is highly communicative as you'll participate as a key team member in our agile delivery teams. You will collaborate with product managers in designing brilliant solutions, prioritizing features and user stories, and acting as advocates for users, ensuring that design decisions align with user needs. You will facilitate discussions, gather insights, and ensure alignment on product vision and goals
Your key responsibilities:
Who are you?
3-5 years of hands-on experience designing digital products within the SaaS industryA strategic thinker and creative problem-solver with a proven track record of delivering outstanding user experiencesAbility to deliver clear and well-founded proposals based on complex requirementsHave a profound knowledge of prototyping tools (preferably Figma) for appsHave experience working with and creating and maintaining a design systemKnow the answer does not lie with us but with our users, so you're comfortable reaching out and conducting interviews, surveys, and usability testsFocused on how products “function” and how users move through the experience to accomplish their goalsUnderstand the basics of front-end development (focus on CSS)A team player who are self-driven, proactive, and ambitious with a great understanding of the importance of a strong teamYou are located in or near Copenhagen Have professional proficiency in both spoken and written English
