The Student Assistant is part of the Global Strategic Projects team implementing Radiometer’s Operational Strategy in Copenhagen and in Radiometers sites in Poland, Finland, Switzerland, USA, and China. As Student Assistant you can expect to build strong relationships with our ambitious and friendly colleagues in Copenhagen and on the different sites.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Supporting our department and Program and Project Managers
• Join Daily Management meetings and maintain department boards in Miro
• Help with planning of workshops, department meetings, events etc.
• Support update of Power Point presentations for department and projects, and prepare flow diagrams for goods and system flows
• Supporting PM with collecting information for items creation in AX
• Follow up and on longer term preparation of Engineering Change Requests
• Create and archive of documents in MasterContro and creation of requisitions in Rillion

10-15 hours a week depending on your schedule, exams and so on

The essential requirements of the job include

• Educational area of engineering, science or IT/Software/AI
• Basic understanding of Project Management
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and fast in learning new IT systems
• A critical eye to data-quality and seek process optimization
• Working independently, thoroughly, structured, systematically and can take ownership. A self-starting mentality is important.
