We are seeking an IT Services Portfolio Manager to join our Enterprise Architecture function. As a Services Portfolio Manager, you will play a key role in our service governance and development, ensuring alignment with our business goals and objectives. You will have the opportunity to shape our enterprise architecture framework, drive innovation, and lead transformative initiatives to enhance our organization's service capabilities.

Enterprise Architecture:
Aeven’s Enterprise Architecture function is responsible for an overall technical design of the standard services delivered to our customers, in addition, the team is also responsible for Aeven shared facility management infrastructure used to deliver services to our customers, including our private cloud setup.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain the organization's Service Portfolio framework.
  • Provide governance and oversight of service status and ensure service development goals or objectives are accomplished within approved time frame and scope.
  • Plan and onboard new services and products.
  • Maintain and communicate overall portfolio status.
  • Champion strong IT governance in the server management framework and mentor owners / architect in its development and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal/external partners and key stakeholders.

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Experience in collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actions and deliveries.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Understanding of technologies, including cloud computing, data analytics, and digital transformation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical technology solutions.
  • Highly developed organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with senior staff and teams.
  • Ability to identify the program's critical path issues and manage them effectively to resolution.
  • Regardless of your background, the right drive and passion for creating strong relationships with your customers is at the heart of what we are looking for.

You have good Danish and English skills both orally and in writing.
