To help us solve prestigious infrastructure projects, we are looking for a Construction Supervisor to join our team. You will be part of approximately 100 colleagues in The Infrastructure Central Department working alongside our customers on some of the most significant construction management and infrastructure projects in Denmark.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Supervise and manage construction projects within the transport sector,
  • Ensure projects are executed in accordance with specifications, budget, and schedule,
  • Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure effective communication and decision-making,
  • Conduct regular inspections and report on construction processes,
  • Identify and resolve any challenges and deviations that arise during project execution.

On top of that, you will have:

  • A degree in civil engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working on construction projects, particularly within the transport sector,
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage project schedules, budgets, and scope of work documents,
  • Experience with driving projects within budget and schedule,
  • Strong communication skills in Danish and English, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
