Are you ready to co-create Digital Analytics at Grundfos? Join our Marketing Automation team in Digital & Customer Excellence, where you'll be part of shaping the analytics landscape. Collaborate with stakeholders, translate business needs into documentation, and craft dashboards that illuminate opportunities. Through data analysis and insights sharing, your role will be central to enhancing the quality of performance data in our analytics platform and steering the focus toward key business requirements within our evolving analytics framework.

 

What is the job about?

You will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to interpret business requirements and ensure that our digital analytics setup (Adobe Analytics and Adobe Launch) meet business needs across the Grundfos ecosystem (web touchpoints, digital products, and apps). Furthermore, you will analyse the collected data, identify opportunities for improvement and share your findings and recommendations with relevant stakeholders within Grundfos.

 

Your main responsibilities

 

  • Ensure good collaboration and alignment with stakeholders around digital analytics requirements and translate their needs into documentation for developers.
  • Develop analytics dashboards in collaboration with analytics lead and share findings and recommendations with stakeholders to improve status quo.
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance to ensure that the digital analytics tracking is working as expected.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure adoption and effective use of the data collected.

 

Your background

We imagine that you have:

  • Relevant education within business, computer science, information technology or data analytics.
  • Understanding of digital data & analytics tools like Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
  • Understands how to translate business requirements into technical documentation.
  • Proficiency in data analysis.
  • Attention to details – performs any operation with care and high accuracy.
  • Has a structured approach to problem solving and managing smaller projects.
  • Good communicator who will share insights and discuss possible actions with stakeholders in a non-technical language.
