Operations Associate

Description Efficio is rapidly growing and expanding the local team in the Nordic region. As an established consultancy with over 20 years of operations across Europe and over 1,000 employees globally, we opened our first office in Denmark in 2017. Since then, the team has grown in the region, including an Operations Associate (OA) in the Copenhagen office who is responsible for the day-to-day office administration and management, working in collaboration with the Lead Regional Vice President and London HQEssential RequirementsWe are looking for a bright, proactive, and resourceful individual who enjoys working both independently and as part of the team. Ideally, you will have some previous admin work experience in a multi-functional role within professional services. You will be creative, work on your own initiative and be adaptable and flexible regarding the varied work and opportunities involved.
•Must be fluent in Danish and English (written and spoken)
•IT literate, proficiency with MS Office required (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with using online travel booking tools
•Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with good ability to prioritise time and tasks
•Strong communicator with the ability to build solid professional relationships with stakeholders of all levels
•Ability to identify issues and proactively offer solutions
•Strong multicultural awareness and willing to be part of an international team
•Must have the right to work in DenmarkDesirable Requirements•Experience within a professional services firm
•Prior experience working in a start-up environment would be favourable
