Your Role
As Program Manager, you will lead initiatives, manage internal and external stakeholders, ensure seamless collaboration with cross-site technical teams, and carefully manage milestones for positive outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Seasoned stakeholder management coupled with a strong commitment to driving project activities effectively
  • Hands-on management of milestone deliveries and solution-oriented approach to challenges
  • Collaborate closely with cross-site technical teams to ensure project fulfillment, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of and commitment to the technical subjects
  • Ensure alignment with regulatory standards and high-quality documentation practices
  • Utilize technical expertise to support and guide our customers in the best way possible
  • Supervise the development life cycles for all involved disciplines and actively participate in improving the best working practices
  • Risk management and mitigations

Your Qualifications
Master's or BSc in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

Demonstrated experience in leading and coordinating technical teams in program management roles

Advocate for best development practices and solutions aligned with customer needs

Collaborative team player with a proactive and independent work approach

Understanding of data communication and network protocols

Experience with the development of embedded solutions
