Position Responsibilities
Responsibilities Include:
- Provide world-class support to Deltek’s Maconomy Enterprise and Cloud based customers.
- Leveraging a problem-solving mindset to effectively understand, troubleshoot and triage.
- Meeting operational and customer satisfaction-related metrics both individually and as part of a team.
- Driving continuous improvements and expand skills and knowledge.
- Effectively managing customer expectations, and customer experience as well as contributing to our Knowledge Base.
- Collaborating with your Line Manager, as well as proactively managing job tasks.
- Contributing to project-level initiatives across our team to bring value to our people, our customers, and our business.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must-have skills/ experience:
- Progressive experience in a customer-facing, problem-solving role with a technology business
- Previous Knowledge of Maconomy ERP system, accounting background, Software and/or Database knowledge (SQL or Oracle) and/or Superuser experience from another ERP system is an advantage.
- A clear passion for delivering great customer service and demonstrating customer-centric behaviors.
- Successful career thus far working in a team environment and strong problem-solving skills
- Ownership with the ability to handle & prioritize multiple tasks at the same time
- General Microsoft server operating system knowledge and proficiency with MS Office applications
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, operating independently and being self-motivated
