Schengen-programmets hovedopgaver
Rådet og Europa-Parlamentet har vedtaget en række forordninger på Schengen-området, som har til formål at styrke kontrollen med EU’s ydre grænser og beskytte Europas sikkerhed.
Forordningerne har implementeringsmæssige konsekvenser for danske myndigheder – dvs. Rigspolitiet, Udlændinge- og Integrationsministeriets koncern samt Udenrigsministeriet.
De vedtagne forordninger omfatter følgende systemer:
Et europæisk ind- og udrejsesystem (EES) Et europæisk system vedrørende rejseinformation og rejsetilladelse (ETIAS) Et ajourført Schengen-informationssystem (SIS) Etablering af systemunderstøttelse til interoperabilitet (informations- og dataudveksling) mellem de centrale EU-systemer på Schengen-området Systematisk kontrol i relevante databaser vedrørende alle personer, der krydser de ydre grænser Om dig
Vi forstiller os, at du som programsekretær besidder følgende kompetencer og erfaringer:
Kan forstå de overordnede mål med programmet Er dygtig til interessenthåndtering og kommunikation i statslig regi (myndigheder, IT råd, andre IT eksperter mv.) Er god til skriftlige fremstillinger på både dansk og engelsk Derudover vil det være en fordel, hvis du også har kendskab til følgende:
Linux og Kubernetes teknologierne EU og/eller Schengen samarbejde Overordnet økonomistyring, inklusiv it- og finansieringsaktstykker Præsentationsteknikker Erfaring med agile udviklingsprocesser, den statslige it-projektmodel og brugen af SKI-aftaler Desuden vægtes det højt, at du er loyal og har høj personlig integritet. Du har en lyttende tilgang og inkluderende personlighed. Vi forstiller os, at du har en struktureret tilgang til skabelse og fastholdelse af oveblik, og at du har stærke kommunikative evner.
Din kommende arbejdsplads
Du bliver en del af Koncern It, som organisatorisk er en del af Udlændingestyrelsen. I Koncern It er vi ca. 80 dygtige og engagerede medarbejdere, som har ansvaret for drift, vedligeholdelse og videreudvikling af den systemportefølje, der anvendes i Udlændinge- og Integrationsministeriet.
Vi er organiseret i 6 enheder: Enheden for Strategi og Styring, Program- og Projektenheden, Udviklingsenheden, Systemforvaltning for ESDH-systemer mv., Systemforvaltning for øvrige systemer og Drifts- og Supportenheden.
Vi er placeret centralt i København tæt ved Kgs. Nytorv. Du sidder tæt på dine kollegaer i et storrumskontor, hvor der foregår løbende sparring omkring arbejdsopgaverne på en dynamisk og energisk måde.
Vi tilbyder en stilling på 37 timer ugentligt med fleksible arbejdstider og attraktiv løn med udgangspunkt i dine kvalifikationer. Løn- og ansættelsesvilkår
Afhængig af din uddannelsesmæssige baggrund ansættes du enten efter overenskomst for akademikere i staten eller OAO-S-Fællesoverenskomsten og organisationsaftalen for kontorfunktionærer, laboranter og it-medarbejdere (HK). Der er mulighed for at forhandle tillæg, der matcher dine kvalifikationer.
Ansættelsesområdet er Udlændinge- og Integrationsministeriet med tilhørende institutioner, og arbejdsstedet er Udlændingestyrelsen, Adelgade 11-13, 1304 København K.
