Global Senior Project Manager – Device Strategy & Marketing

About The Department

The Device Strategy and Marketing team is part of Portfolio Strategy, Access and Pricing Unit in the global, commercial organisation of Novo Nordisk. The team consists of diverse and passionate individuals who are responsible for providing commercial direction to the device development projects, while also ensuring strong launch and lifecycle management of the mature device portfolio. We craft commercial strategies and lead device projects and marketing efforts together with numerous stakeholders across the organization.

 

The Position

Novo Nordisk is looking for a talented Global Senior Project Manager to spearhead the development and execution of launch initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for leading key launch projects with brand/device positioning, strategic market research, development of key messages, promotional story, and developing key marketing and training materials to ensure impactful launches aligning with Novo Nordisk's overall business goals.

 

Key Responsibilities

Lead overall brand strategy and positioning, including brand campaigns and OCE strategy.Develop promotional materials e.g. iVA, Digital assets, MCE playbook, Demokit, core claims, and creative campaigns in collaboration with agency.Develop robust training materials and guidance e.g. brand guidelines, launch playbook, and conduct trainings programs for affiliate markets.

 

Qualifications

We are seeking a committed team player, who has an inclusive and flexible approach with the following preferred competencies:

Master’s degree in marketing, business administration, communication, life sciences, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or med-tech industry in marketing, business development or brand strategy.Experience with global product launch, development of effective promotional materials and training assets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a matrix organization.Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Experience in planning & execution of Multichannel Engagement (MCE) strategy, or experience from creative agencies is a plus.
