Are you seeking a dynamic career opportunity that allows you to contribute to a successful winning team??? - If so, we have an exciting opening for a Business and Marketing Assistant to join our EMEA HEALTH Team focusing on Probiotics, Fibers, Botanical Extracts and BioScience products serving various end markets such as nutritional supplements, early life nutrition and lifestyle.

Position

As a Business and Marketing Assistant in our EMEA HEALTH division you will have “day to day supervision” from the EMEA Regional Marketing Leader, and you will have the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth of IFF supporting the deployment of regional strategies, and serving as a trusted business partner to all of our EMEA customers.

As part of your mission, you will assist in executing the regional strategy and marketing activities, including:

Developing external and internal marketing materials and assets such as presentations, sales collaterals, communication tools Preparing customer specific presentations Monitoring competitive intelligence, preparing competitive report, and performing market analyses. Contributing to sustainable growth and supporting Regional Initiatives and campaigns

Job Requirements To succeed in this role you should have drive and a passion for developing best in class external and internal marketing material

Have an interest in working with many different stakeholders in an international environment Have a strong interest in marketing executions, but also an interest to learn about the development of strategic initiatives Show strong business acumen and be able to work in a systematic and structured manner Be proactive, organized and rigorous Be creative and ideally have a personal interest into holistic health, wellbeing and food supplements

The ideal candidate will be pursuing a BSc or MSc degree, preferably in marketing, communication, or digital design.
