Radiometer is launching a strategic business program, called DARWIN, to replace current ways of working and outdated business applications with new globally aligned processes, policies, and data as well as introduction a new modern application landscape with two critical components; Microsoft Dynamics 365FO and PROS Configure Price Quote.

Over the course of 2024 we will onboard 15 new Radiometer associates, as well as partner up with best-in-class partners, to deliver on an ambitious program roadmap.

We are looking for a Senior Change & Learning Manager to create and own the DARWIN Change Management and Learning Framework. The Manager will act as an in-house consultant for our project managers and project members across the template build project as well as implementation, continuous releases, and support & maintenance to secure long-lasting and sustainable changes for our users.

This position is part of the DARWIN program with a primary location in Brønshøj, Copenhagen, the position is a hybrid position with the possibility of 1-2 days remote per week. You will be a part of a team reporting to the Program Director.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Create and own the DARWIN Change Management and Learning Framework that will be an integrated part of the project methodology and change & release processes.
• Work closely with project managers on ensuring that the Change Management and Learning Framework are translated into actionable tasks, deliverables, and ways of working across the DARWIN program.
• Work closely with program director on developing communication strategies as well as assets for internal communication about DARWIN.
• Support your colleagues by being the internal consultant and coach on change management and assist in creating long-lasting changes.
• Support your colleagues when it comes to creating and maintaining people-friendly learning material, applying change management theories in practice and for general advice where processes and applications meet our users.
• Take responsibility of the learning packages and for the governance of these; ensuring that they are relevant and accessible.
• Travel the world while rolling out DARWIN to all Radiometer Sales Sites.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• A bachelorâs degree or higher.
• Educated or certified in the field of Change management.
• 5+ years working with Organizational Change Management in global projects or programs.
• 3+ years working with learning disciplines and learning/community platforms for IT in international companies.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience in acting as, and supporting, project management.
• Knowledge with LMS/LCMS platforms
• Knowledge with blended learning
