Basico P/S er et konsulenthus som rådgiver og assisterer supportfunktionerne hos vores kunder inden for områderne CFO Services, Legal Services, Finance IT Services og People & Payroll Services. I mere end 20 år har vi hjulpet større danske og internationale virksomheder med rådgivning, interimsløsninger, rekruttering og projektassistance.

En hverdag i tæt samarbejde med vores kunder

Som Consultant i FITS bliver du en del af en spændende, udviklende og alsidig hverdag. Du vil i jobbet få ansvaret for en lang række forskelligartede opgaver, herunder bl.a. at skulle identificere BI-potentiale hos vores kunder samt udvikle rapporter og dashboards i Power BI. Derudover vil du i jobbet også få ansvaret for følgende opgaver, hvorfor det er en fordel – men ikke et krav – at du har erfaring med selvsamme:

Afholdelse af workshops og leverance af konkrete løsningsforslag og estimater på opgaverEffektiv visualisering fx vha. DAX-kodningETL (Extract, Transform, Load) vha. M CodeSikring af et korrekt og komplet datafundamentOpbygning af datamodeller og datawarehouseSikring af integration af Power BI med andre systemer og datakilder og vedligehold heraf.

Du vil i det daglige blive en del af et team på 25 fagligt dygtige og engagerede kolleger, der uden tvivl vil gøre sit for at tage godt imod dig. Opgaverne i teamet spænder bredt – lige fra arbejdet med automatiseringer og ERP-opgraderinger til implementering af FP&A-systemer og meget andet.

Kunderne og de dertilhørende behov adskiller sig også meget fra hinanden. Eksempler på en indledende dialog kunne være: ”Der er ingen, der stoler på rapporterne, da vores data ofte er mangelfulde” eller “vi mangler dashboards, som kan visualisere KPI’er og performance metrics på en smartere måde”. Det er netop på baggrund af cases som disse, at vi søger en Consultant til BI.

Du bliver motiveret af at skabe værdi for kunderne

For at skabe resultater i rollen skal du være fagligt motiveret, nysgerrig samt struktureret og tage ejerskab for opgaverne. Du får et kick ud af at arbejde med data. Du trives med projektarbejde og kan se dig selv i en udadvendt konsulentrolle, hvor du kommunikerer med interessenter på alle niveauer.

Dit fundament og dine kvalifikationer – indtil nu:

Vi søger dig, der tidligere har arbejdet hands-on med Power BI og rapportering heri. Vi forestiller os desuden, at du har et par års erfaring med BI og datamodellering. Derudover søger vi dig der:

Har erfaring med DAX-kodning.Har en god forståelse for finans – herunder de dertilhørende processer i en økonomifunktion samt diverse forretningsprocesser.Er en dygtig formidler.

Efter et år som Basico’er har du således været på en række kundeprojekter, deltaget i uddannelse sammen med dine peers og suppleret din konsulentprofil med kurser i fx ’consulting skills’, ’financial processes’ og projektledelse. Sidst – men ikke mindst – har du deltaget i vores Consultant Camp og årlige firmatur, AwayDay.
