As the Change Manager of our enterprise ERP programme, called Compass, you will spearhead our digital transformation by capturing the hearts and minds of your colleagues through great engagement activities.

 

About the team

Our new colleague will join a global, ambitious and fun Change Management community. We all bring different backgrounds and skills to Pandora and look forward to welcoming our new Change Manager to add even more best practices and competencies to our change and transformation activities.

We are organised in a matrix model, and our new colleague will be part of Pandora’s Compass Change Management team as well as the Change & Transformation team within Digital & Tech.

Both teams are specialised in driving the people side of digital and tech changes to maximize change adoption, ultimately resulting in the realization of Pandora’s objectives and our business goals.

While driving Change Management within different projects and product teams, we work closely together to ensure that we deliver on time and quality.

 

Capture the hearts and minds of global Pandora

Our new Change Manager will lead on the Compass storyline to involve and engage our colleagues across the globe in building not just Pandora’s next generation ERP, but the backbone upon which we will nurture and grow our business. Through carefully created key messages and formats, you will ensure that the Compass Team communicates vision, goals, and activities consistently and in ways that resonate with our peers across Pandora’s business. In your engagement and communication, you will leverage the insight into our colleague’s questions and feedback that you will gain from our process and change agent communities. Additionally, you will provide communications strategic counsel to senior management on core story and stakeholder management.

 

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Own and deliver against the Compass communication strategy and plan to ensure that key messages land with the right audiences at the right time.
  • Support the Compass Leadership team in their day-to-day stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Support Change Managers in delivering on local engagement strategies and plans with the aim of driving adoption of SAP S/4HANA.
  • Identify impacted stakeholders and tailor engagement and communication strategies, plans and assets to their needs.
  • Develop videos, articles, presentations, SharePoint site etc. with the aim to continuously engage audiences in Pandora’s ERP transformation.
  • Build on our Compass look and feel to connect it with our Pandora brand and vision.

 

What is needed to succeed?

  • At least 5 years of experience within the field of change management, ,tech communication or change communication
  • Proven experience with development of various engagement and communication formats and channels such as presentations, articles, videos, live meetings, fireside chats etc.
  • Proven experience with developing and executing on engagement and communication strategies.
  • Experience in working in international environments.
  • Experience in change & project management.
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Proficient in video editing, graphical layout, and SharePoint creation.
  • Creative ability to develop new communication formats and engaging content.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, proven ability to collaborate closely and on deadlines with senior and middle management.
