Key Responsibilities

As a UX designer in you will be working closely with the CRO team to optimise our websites and landing pages to increase conversions and improve user experience. You will also work with other departments to create designs for new website components and designs and make sure that they are UX optimised from the get go.

Every week the Design team has a meeting on Monday to kick the week off nicely and catch up from the weekend, after which you will work on projects and requests from the CRO and other teams. On Thursday we have a catch up meeting to make sure that everyone’s workload is manageable, and that all the tasks are being delivered in time. You will also be working very closely with the CRO team during the week.

Other responsibilities are:

Build new website component designs with UX in the forefront. Work with the CRO team and wider business to overcome conversion issues and generate increasing revenues. Understand product specifications and user psychology in order to initiate optimisations and A/B experiments on our marketing funnels (paid and organic). Think creatively to test new and engaging website and landing page content and design. Build storyboards to conceptualise designs. Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers. Requirements

Your qualifications Strong understanding of UI design principles and best practices

Ability to create visually appealing interfaces that prioritize usability and accessibility. Proficiency in creating intuitive navigation and user-friendly interfaces Understanding of responsive design and how visuals adapt to different screen sizes. Proficiency in of Figma or other similar Interface design tools Good attention to detail You can work both independently and as a part of a team
