Your roleis international, and you can expect some travel. You will report to the Head of Business Development in Global Consumer Services.

Your primary tasks will be to:

Be part of facilitating the Global Consumer Services business planning cycle, defining best practice, and enabling our service teams to prioritize and drive key initiatives.

Facilitate and support our Global Consumer Services management meetings and other key stakeholder meetings with e.g., presentation preparation and documenting and following up on actionsand decisions.

Facilitate the annual process of updating our Business Case to reflect latest insights from regions and live markets.

Ensuring a solid link between the financial and strategic KPIs and our quarterly planning cycle while maintaining input templates in Excel.

Support and coordinate overall project plans, follow-up and coordinate activities within Global Consumer Services.

Support service teams and projects to ensure progress as well as risk identification and escalation.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and sales regions to support overall progress on key activities.

Prepare relevant material on Global Consumer Services to Executive Group Management and VELUX Management.

Your qualifications

Your background can be project manager, project consultant, PMO consultant, or project execution consultant. Ideally your experience focuses on the growth agenda, through execution and realizing projects or dynamic business planning of key activities.Experience with agile ways of working is beneficial.

You enjoy exploring new possibilities and working with a variety of stakeholders. Your experience from dynamic planning processes as well as assisting and tracking projects means that you naturally seek to deeply understand the business context you work within, and you adjust your work accordingly.

You have experience with building and keeping track of a complex portfolio, and you believe that a good governance process and transparent progress tracking is valuable for any development team. 

You believe in authenticity and in recognizing and respecting others for who they are while having a strong voice of your own.

We imagine that you:

Have a master’s degree from a business school or university in a relevant subject such as economics or business.

Have at least 2 years of experience from either Project Management Office, Strategy Execution or Quarterly Planning processes.

Are highly motivated and pro-active and work in a structured and outcome focused manner.

Enjoy working in a vibrant, multicultural setting and take initiative in solo tasks, ensuring collaboration and assistance is sought from peers when needed.

Possess robust stakeholder management skills and maintain a positive, solution-focused mindset

Have experience with project management tools, e.g. MS Projects and Excel.

Have advanced communication skills and are fluent in written and spoken English.
