IT Analyst

emagine is currently seeking a talented IT Analyst with a strong background in payment systems for a client in the banking industry.

The general responsibilities include eliciting Business/IT Requirements, detailing Business/IT Requirements and creating Requirements Specification Documents (functional and non-functional), analyzing data, identifying people and systems impacted by requirements, and assisting in development and quality control activities.

Experience & education:

Strong IT analysis skills with a deep understanding of payment systems and domain.

Previous experience working as a Requirement Specialist in the Payment area, including SEPA, Swift, and ISO messages.

Experience with MT to MX (ISO) message formats.

Knowledge of payment industry standards such as MX/ISO and data modeling skills for defining canonical data models and data transformation rules.

Proficiency in XML, XSD, JSON, and understanding of data pipelines, streaming technologies (e.g., Kafka), big data ecosystems (e.g., Cloudera), relational databases (e.g., Db2, Oracle), non-relational databases (e.g., HBase), REST APIs, and microservices.

The ideal candidate has:

Strong technical knowledge and experience in Data Mapping, flows, and Migration.

Experience in Process Modeling and hands-on SQL.

Deep business knowledge in the payment domain.

Proficiency in User Interface prototyping and design.

Duration: 3 months + possibility for extension

Allocation: Full time, hybrid (3/2)
