Arbejdssted: Femern-projektet, Rødby

Arbejdstider: Mødetid kl. 12-20, med 10 vagter på 14 dage. Fri hver anden weekend.

Jobbeskrivelse: Som faglært kok/gastronom hos Aramark på Femern-projektet vil dine primære ansvarsområder omfatte:

Forberedelse og tilberedning af velsmagende og ernæringsrigtige måltider til vores gæster. Sikring af høj kvalitet og præsentation af maden i vores kantiner. Overholdelse af fødevaresikkerhedsstandarder og hygiejnekrav. Samarbejde med det øvrige team for at sikre en effektiv drift og en positiv arbejdskultur.

Kvalifikationer:

Faglært kok eller gastronom med relevant uddannelse og erfaring. Evne til at arbejde effektivt under pres og i et travlt miljø. Stærke samarbejdsevner og en positiv holdning. Kendskab til fødevaresikkerhed og hygiejnekrav. Fleksibel

About Us: Aramark is a leading provider of facility management and catering services worldwide. For our team on the Femern project, we are seeking a skilled and experienced cook/gastronomist who can contribute to our successful operation.

Location: Femern Project, Rødby

Working Hours: Shift from 12-20, with 10 shifts in 14 days. Every other weekend off.

Job Description: As a skilled cook/gastronomist at Aramark on the Femern Project, your primary responsibilities will include:

Preparation and cooking of tasty and nutritious meals for our guests Ensuring high quality and presentation of food in our canteens Adherence to food safety standards and hygiene requirements Collaboration with the rest of the team to ensure efficient operation and a positive work culture

Qualifications:

Skilled cook or gastronomist with relevant education and experience Ability to work effectively under pressure and in a busy environment Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude Knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements Flexibility
