Our journey of learnability, values and trusted relationships with our clients continue to be the cornerstones of our organization and these values are upheld only because of our people.Your roleAs an Senior Associate Consultant, you are supporting the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, design, deployment and participate in unit-level and organizational initiatives WITH the objective of providing high quality and value-adding consulting solutions to customers within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys.Required• 8+ years of overall experience in either Software Operations / development using Java or API E2E Development (preferably Akana)/ Management and preferably both.• 5 years of minimum experience focused in operations support activities (handling critical applications end to end, troubleshooting/driving P1/P2 priority issues, being client facing on service improvement activities, Focusing on automations and service stability)• Must have experience in one or more of API Management Platform (Akana, Apigee, MuleSoft, Kong) – preferably Akana.• Must have troubleshooting experience in monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Nagios, POEM, Extrahop, Grafana.• Knowledge on networking concepts like SSL connectivity, DNS, (one way/2-way SSL), Domain or IP based connectivity• Experience with CI/CD and adoption / implementing Jenkins pipeline.Technical and Professional Requirements:Must have:• Core Java• Akana / Apigee / MuleSoft / Kong • Unix / Linux / Shell scripting• Web Services REST, SOAPGood to have:• Mongo DB• JDBC / Hibernate / any ORM framework.• Maven / Ant• Sonar / CICD / JenkinsPersonalBesides the professional qualifications of the candidates we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
